About the facility
Van Son presents a small-lot white-tea workflow using evenly selected buds and gentle handling. Lots are described through dry-leaf appearance, aroma, liquor colour and finish rather than health claims. Withering racks are separated from leaf receiving. Airflow, weather and the condition of the buds guide finishing decisions. Cooled tea is portioned into sealed bags before boxing. An illustrative platform profile.
